In the spring of 2014, we were in a very fortunate position to upgrade our strength and conditioning center. With help from our extremely generous and committed alumni base, we were able to purchase 8 Power Racks, Platforms, 2 Leg Presses and bumper plates from the University of Connecticut. This equipment traveled straight from the UCONN football strength facility to Conard. This equipment is only 8 years young! We are now lucky enough to have our players working with state of the art strength training equipment.
Words cannot describe how much appreciation our staff and players have for those of you who were able to donate to help us complete this mission.
